Necessary session storage holds the selected modules, locations, form protection and delivery information while you use the shop. The session cookie is host-only, Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. A separate session preference remembers a dismissed welcome window.

The delivery review also records a crop intention for each selected location: herbs, leafy greens or mixed planting. It describes your plan, not a guaranteed result.

If you choose to remember a seedling target, the browser stores that one number locally. Until you allow it, the site does not read or write the optional value. Removing permission deletes the value; another open tab cannot save it without checking permission again.

The order record includes the module rows, quantities, prices, delivery details and reference. Card controls remain outside submitted form fields. Newsletter joining stores the email and affirmative choice separately from cookie preferences.

Use support@rootreservoir.shop to ask about a record. Giving its reference is sufficient to identify the selection; do not include card numbers or account passwords.
